Amy Foxman, Ph.D., BCBA, LBA, Founder & President

Amy Foxman BCBA

Dr. Amy Foxman is the Founder and President of Ability ABA, PLLC, and is a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and certified Special and General Education Teacher. Throughout her career, Amy has worked extensively with individuals with autism and other disabilities, from early childhood to adult, in providing both direct and clinical consultant services in settings that include private clinics, early childhood centers, public and private schools, family and group homes, and hospitals. Amy enjoys using a compassionate and research-based approach to applied behavior analysis (ABA) as she partners with families and professionals to individualize programs for each individual’s success.

Additionally, Amy was a reviewer for the recent publication of the University of North Carolina’s National Clearinghouse on Autism Evidence and Practice (NCAEP) report Evidence-Based Practices for Children, Youth, and Young Adults, and provides editing and content expertise in Special Education to Sage Publishing. She frequently presents at conferences and seminars. Amy received her Doctorate in Educational Psychology from the University of North Texas, Master of Education degree with concentrations in Severe/Low Incidence Disabilities and Behavior Analysis from the University of Washington, and graduated Summa Cum Laude and with Honors from the University of Pennsylvania.


Anne Marie Potts, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA

Anne Marie is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who graduated with her Masters in ABA from The University of Cincinnati. She was introduced to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis years ago and continues to seek knowledge and widen her skill set using evidence-based interventions. Anne Marie has experience working with early intervention, adolescents and adults, and challenging behavior from all ages. She is passionate about collaboration with everyone involved in the client's life and working on functional skills that help build positive social interactions with others.


Charlene Whitaker, M.A., BCBA, LBA

Charlene is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who graduated with her Masters in ABA from Ball State University. She began her career in ABA as a Registered Behavior Technician where she fell in love with the data driven field. She has extensive experience with social skills training, functional communication training, and addressing challenging behavior. Charlene’s goal is to increase independence and skills using evidence-based procedures and also empower families to do the same.


Lily Rodriguez, M.S., BCBA

Lily is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who graduated with her Masters in Psychology with a concentration in ABA from Capella University. After taking an introductory class in undergrad, Lily decided to  complete a graduate certificate in ABA from UNT and continued on to graduate school to pursue her BCBA. Lily has worked with different populations, including early intervention, adolescents, and young adults. She has worked in the home, clinic, and school setting and is very passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of her clients and the families we serve.


Madi Vo, M.Ed., BCBA

Madi is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who graduated with her B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M. After teaching in the classroom for a year, Madi went back to school to learn more about Autism and individuals with developmental disabilities, and earned her M.Ed in Special Education-Autism Intervention from the University of North Texas. Madi has worked in classroom, home, and clinic setting for almost 3 years, and loves seeing her clients every day and helping make a difference in their lives.


Kelly Flynn, Clinic Manager

Kelly Flynn is our Clinic Manager who received her degree in English at St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas. Before joining our team, Kelly worked in Special Education at Highland Park ISD. She has worked with children from early childhood to elementary school and also has a background in publishing. With two teenagers and a husband who is a real estate broker, Kelly is no stranger to coordinating schedules, planning, and making sure everyone and everything is taken care of. Kelly enjoys facilitating a structured and coordinated environment to help our clients succeed.


Abigail Clements, Communications Manager

Abigail is our Communications Manager. Abigail has worked with children and adults with differing abilities for 10 years in school, clinical, and in-home settings. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), she enjoys building relationships with children and their families. These lasting bonds have helped her appreciate the growth that can occur when utilizing positive behavioral interventions. She enjoys sharing Ability ABA’s positivity and fun via social media and loves musicals, podcasts, her dog (Mr. Wednesday), cats (Shelby and Freya), and husband (Paul).


Elise Donosky, Administrative Assistant

Elise is our Administrative Assistant. Elise has over 40 years of experience in Administrative and Executive Assistant work in a wide variety of companies, including Walt Disney. Prior to joining the Ability Team, she was the board chair of a non-profit that provides residential care and services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
